10 Repellent Wristbands

Everyone is different when it comes to insect bites.   Although I do tend to get dive-bombed in the night by mosquitoes with their horrible high-pitched noise, I don’t actually get bitten.  Others around me seem to get all the bites.  But I don’t get off scott-free.  Other insects such as horseflies & sandflies have both enjoyed  a meal out on me.

Using wristbands is a nice clean way to fend off those annoying insects.  The sprays you get nowadays normally contain deet so give off an unpleasant smell.  But these wristbands don’t contain deet, just an effective repellent.

During the day, just wearing one on your wrist should suffice where there are a lot of flying insects.  Putting one on your wrist and one on your ankle at night tends to stop most of the evening bites.  Personally, I  put one under the pillow too to steer the noisy mozzies away from my ears at night.

When you open the aluminium bag they come in, ensure you seal it again when you take one out.   This ensures the repellent stays fresh on the unused wristbands.

These best mosquito repellent wristbands are effective against most biting insects.  The deet-free repellent works well and doesn’t smell unpleasant like others.  Although they are reported to last 240 hours,  I would throw any used ones away after my holiday.
As long as you keep the bag they come in sealed, the unused ones should be fresh for the next holiday.  A great addition to any luggage.
